The reason I always check VRBO first when planning a trip is because we are looking for a home away from home. You can't get that with a hotel room. Your condo was perfect. The location could not have been better. We love the condo, and the extra touches made us feel welcomed.

While we look forward to getting back to our king size bed and the quiet of our hill in the woods outside Nashville; we will always have great memories of our trip to San Antonio.

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely condo - so nice and clean and so central. We did a lot of walking, rented a car for a couple of days to go to Padre island, Corpus Christi and Austin. We had a great time and will recommend your condo to any family & friends heading to your city.

I will spare the reader all the details that were mentioned in the previous posts. Basically, they're all accurate! Beautiful, elegant, cozy, classy, accommodating... and the list goes on. You can't go wrong with this place. So, so conveniently located! Yes music is audible from the surrounding bars, but it's very low (sometimes you can't even hear it) and the cover band is actually good!! We had zero trouble sleeping.† We loved everything about this place. I (wife) was a little worried that, since we were only 180 miles from home, it wouldn't feel like a real honeymoon/vacation. Boy was I ever proved wrong, and thankfully so! We never wanted to leave. The owner, (we'll call him G) was so helpful and responsive. For example, my husband is a light packer. Hence, one pair of shorts and 2 t-shirts for the entire trip! So i was thrilled when I asked G if there was a washer/dryer nearby and he informed me that there was a laundry room on the same floor as us, actually next door! It was fully stocked with everything from bleach to dryer sheets. I noticed that someone mentioned the awesome bed. Yes- it's quite amazing. Great sheets. But the bath towels take the award! So thick and plush and wonderful! With the washer/dryer so close, we never went without any linens or clothes.† I (wife, still. Lol) like hot showers. My hubby is ok with lukewarm. So I immediately noticed that the water didn't stay hot enough for long enough, according to my standards. so when I told G about it, he turned up the water heater right away. How awesome is that? It must've been accessible from the outside hallway because we didn't even see him.† More tidbits- free wifi (although we couldn't get it to work properly), free coffee provided next to the perfectly sized coffee pot (I love!), cozy (adjustable) temperature, great furniture and discreet location. It is located right above a grill that serves breakfast, so we ordered takeout on our first morning, had breakfast in bed, and it was heavenly! † As far as nearby attractions- we walked everywhere. To most of our "dates" (Fogo de Chao, Charter House, etc), and most all of our outings (river center mall, river taxi tour, Tower of Americas. We will most definitely be repeat customers, and we are telling our dear friends and family about this lovely place. Hands-down, the best place overall that I have ever stayed at in my life!†

We stayed at this amazing condo during the last weekend of Fiesta and it was such a great experience for many reasons. The location of the condo is right on the riverwalk, which means you don't need to pay for a cab to get around. It is conveniently located in the heart of all major events, and close to several great restaurants, and bars. Moreover, it is a walking distance to the shopping mall. The condo offers several amenities. It is provided with everything a guest needs. The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, which were some of the major elements that put our stay at ease. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo!

I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. This condo is located right on the riverwalk, literally only a floor above it, yet you would completely pass by the secluded entrance to this place if you were not looking for it. I loved this because it gave me extremely easy access to all the bars and stores on the riverwalk, and I did not have to worry about any kind of noisy traffic outside my door. From the moment you set foot in this spacious condo, you are impressed. My friend and I stayed in this large one bedroom condominium and had a blast. There is a pull-out sofa that is brand new and extremely comfortable if you are going to share the condo but not the bed. There is a full kitchen equipped with a full sized refrigerator. The decoration is simple and elegant. The hardwood floor is a deep cherry mahogany. I wish my own home looked as beautiful and organized as this place. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is seeking a centrally located, highly secure, gorgeous setting in San Antonio.

This is a unique condominium. It has all the comforts of home without the cleaning. The condo is large for a one bedroom. It has hard wood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. We just had breakfast because there are so many wonderful restaurants on the San Antonio Riverwalk. The unit also has a wet bar off the living room. This was an added bonus. When they say the condo is right on the Riverwalk, it truly is. I haven't slept this well away from home in a long time. They said to close the bedroom door for a quiet nights sleep and it truly was wonderful! The bed was extremely comfortable. The furniture throughout the condo was in very good condition and comfortable to relax on after spending time on the Riverwalk and sight seeing. I will go back and rent this condominium when we return to San Antonio. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
