Additional Information

The building at 221 Losoya was built in 1909 by Atlee B. Ayers, who held Architect license No. 3 in Texas. The fifth floor was added in 1910. The building was called “The Hamilton Hotel” until 1965 when it closed and was purchased to make into condos.

This unit is for rent to mature adults. This is a smoke-free condominium vacation rental. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. We all love our pets, unfortunately they are not allowed in this condo.
